A couple who were arguing over whether or not to attend a relatives birthday party the following day, missed the party because they both wound up being booked into jail.  At 7:30 Saturday evening Nevada county Sheriff’s received a call of a domestic disturbance in the 15 thousand block of Lorie Drive in Alta Sierra.  When they arrived  they found the couple in the front yard where Sheriff Keith Royal says they both had some injuries.

Sheriff Royal says both parties in the domestic dispute had been drinking and were booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant.
