Nevada County Congressional Candidates Debate

Incumbent Ami Bera and challenger Robb Tucker face off in a high-stakes debate this Tuesday at 7 p.m. on KCRA, following major redistricting shifts in California’s third district.
The candidates vying to be the new Congressional representative for Nevada County can be seen in a debate Tuesday evening, October 6th. First-time candidate and Nevada County Supervisor Robb Tucker, a Republican, will be squaring off against Democratic incumbent Ami Bera, who's been in Congress since 2013. The third district drastically changed under California's redistricting plan, Proposition 50. That led to the current officeholder, Kevin Kiley, to seek re-election in another district. Bera then decided to shift from his current sixth district. The debate can be seen on KCRA TV at 7pm.
